Where are your products made?​

All leads are handcrafted in our small workshop in London. Each piece is carefully made by hand to ensure quality, durability, and attention to detail. ​

What materials are used?​

We use 100% recycled polyamide climbing ropes (PFC-free), selected for their strength, texture, and distinctive colours. All of our ropes are sourced within two miles of our London workshop. Our hardware is made from durable zinc for long-lasting everyday use.​

Are your products limited edition?​

Because we work with limited quantities of recycled rope, every colourway is produced in very small runs and may not be restocked. This means each collection is naturally limited, and if a design or colour catches your eye, we recommend not waiting too long… once it’s gone, it may not come back.​

Can I wash my lead?​

Yes, you can wash your lead by hand using warm water and mild soap, then rinse it thoroughly and allow it to air dry. Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight to help preserve its colour and quality over time. ​

Can I return my order?​

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund & Returns Policy page for full return details and instructions.​

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping across all the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
