If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mollie London, you may return your item(s) provided they are in their original, unused and resalable condition.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us first at contactmollielondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the full instructions for the return process.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns method
Returns should be sent via an InPost parcel shop or locker (or another tracked return service where applicable).
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and sent using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Returns timeframe
All returns must be made within 28 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within up to 14 working days and issued to your original payment method.
