mollielondon.com is operated by Mollie London, a small workshop based in London, United Kingdom. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.
Placing an order is an offer to buy a product. We confirm acceptance by email once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe, supporting major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details.
Every lead is handmade from recycled climbing rope. Because the rope is repurposed and each colourway is produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, pattern and texture between photos and the finished piece are normal and part of what makes each one unique.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and on product pages; these are estimates, not guarantees.
